Accessibility statement
Last updated: 7 October 2026
At ServiceIL we want everyone to be able to use serviceil.com, including people with disabilities.
The standard
This site is built to the Israeli standard IS 5568, which is based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 at level AA, as the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013, require, and it aims at WCAG 2.1 level AA.
What was done
- Structure: clear headings and regions, and each page's language and direction marked, so that screen readers read Hebrew and English correctly.
- Contrast: text and controls meet the AA contrast ratios in both the light and the dark mode. The site follows your device's setting for which one to show.
- Keyboard: every link can be reached and used with the keyboard alone, with a clear mark of where you are, and a “Skip to content” link at the start of every page.
- Screen readers: the logo has a text alternative, and decorative drawings are hidden from screen readers.
- Zoom: the pages can be enlarged to 200% and read on a phone without scrolling sideways.
- No motion: nothing on the site animates, flashes or plays sound, and nothing has a time limit.
